The Realm Consortium
The Realm Consortium is the official meeting of the Secondary Realms where they discuss economics, law making, interrealm events, and social evolution.
They meet twice a month in the various realms.
The Realm Consortium was created by a mixture of the Linkatsa Religion and Vainglory Model Law (VML).

Vainglory Model Law (VML)
A distinct set of laws created by the House of Vainglory that resides in the Secondary Realm of Secrit Tresh.
These laws were later followed by all the surrounding Secondary Realms.

Harmens, The
Harmens: also known as “Celestials” or “Visions”.
From the Secondary Realm of Harmor Ari, the Harmens are a species that resemble glowing blue circular sparks. In their true “energy” form, they can communicate with each other, but not the other species.
Another race of Secondary Beings, the technologically advanced Netrel, were able to create their organic bodies so they could create with the other species. As usual, the bodies were human like, but the blue glow that the Harmens gave off emanated through the harvested bodies’ veins.
The Harmens major contribution to The Realm Consortium, the collective of the Secondary Realms, was its export of energy. This made them one of the most important species, socially.
